We want to support the most impactful changemakers in Cochrane and the surrounding area.

Making change can be deeply rewarding, but it’s often a lonely and uncertain journey. It takes not just knowledge, but also heart, courage, and vulnerability.

Our program team understands this path because they’ve walked it too — and they’ve seen the difference it makes to have a strong support network. That’s what we want to offer: a space where changemakers can grow, share, and support each other.

Know someone making a real difference in Cochrane or nearby? Nominate them for the Changemakers’ Circle — a space for those helping to build a better world.
